Sossity Chiricuzio (she/they) is a fat femme outlaw poet, a working class crip storyteller. What her friends' parents often referred to as a bad influence, and possibly still do.

A Lambda Fellow and sensitivity reader at Writing Diversely, they write as activism, connection, and survival. She is the author of the memoir Honey & Vinegar: Recipe for an Outlaw (Beaten Track Publishing, Nov 2019), and is half of the performance duo Sparkle & truth.

She is available for workshops and individual instruction and a wide range of services including  sensitivity reading, line, content, proof, and copy editing, ghostwriting, creative writing and content creation,  and collaborative literary projects.

Their work can be found in a variety of publications including Salty, Rooted in Rights, The Library Journal,  Stirring, Writing Diversely, Gertrude, great weather for MEDIA, Lunch Ticket, Porkbelly Press, Rogue Agent, NANO fiction, Unchaste, and Atlas and Alice, as well as anthologies like Say Please, The Remedy: Queer And Trans Voices On Health And Health Care, Glitter and Grit: Queer Performance from the Heels on Wheels Femme Galaxy, Emerge: 2015 Lambda Fellows Anthology, the Procyon Science Fiction Anthology 2016, and Not My President.

Sossity respectfully acknowledges that she is living and working on ancestral and unceded tribal lands, and that racism has been woven into the social fabric of the United States. They commit to supporting and working in solidarity with BIPOC people and movements and to actively dismantle racism and white supremacy.
